As I create every piece of sculpture by hand individually, any of my characters may be ordered "as pictured" or you may request altered colors, positions, or different candle holders, incense burners, etc. to suite your needs, thus making it a Special Request Order so allow more time for it's creation.
Prices reflect the piece "as pictured". Alterations will change the price in either direction. For example:
We accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, check, or money order. Do not send cash.
We pack your piece of DragonFolk Studios sculpture with the utmost care and attention - UPS is our preferred carrier, but we will ship by US Mail if you wish or have provided a PO Box number. (Non USA orders please call or email for shipping details.)
Should there be breakage (very rare) call us, then return it in the original packaging. We will replace it ASAP or provide a refund. Give us a call or email. If you are not happy with your sculpture, (hasn't happened yet) you may return it for a refund.
Ship dates for all Special Request Orders are as follows:

Credit card users:
In Stock Items: A valid credit card number is required when you place your order.
We will email you promptly, or send a letter, stating your approx. ship date which will usually be within 14 business days .We will charge your account a day or two before we ship.
Your credit card will only been "AUTHORIZED" & I will charge your account shortly (1 to 4 business days) before shipping. I'll send on UPS Tracking & Delivery info via email as soon as ALL Magic is completed as well.
Special Orders/Special Request Sculptures:
Upon receipt of your order we will email or send you a letter with your approx. ship date .If you like, you may provide a credit card number at that time or wait for your email or letter notification closer to your ship date.
Checks or money orders:
In Stock Items: If you wish to pay by check, your order will be shipped approx. 14 business days after we receive your payment. We will email you upon receipt of your order and you may email or phone to check on your order status.
If you wish to pay by check, we will acknowledge your order by email or letter stating your approx. ship date. We must receive your check 14 business days before this date. If we do not, we will move your order to the next available ship date and notify you by email.
